The Class of 1977 30th Reunion
Dear Harlan
Graduate of 1977,
“Thinkin’ ‘Bout The
Good Times!”
Are you aware this year will be (can you believe it) our 30th year
since we’ve received our high school diploma? The time has come for us to
reunite; it’s time for another reunion. If you attended our 10th, 20th
and 25th year reunion, you are also aware of the good times we
had. You don’t want to be left out of this reunion.
A variety of
activities are being planned for the fun filled weekend. Please mark you
calendar with the following dates:

receiving detail information regarding activities within the next few weeks.
The entire cost of the reunion will be $125.00 per person, $200.00 per couple.
Our first deadline for receiving half deposits, or full payments will be Friday,
June 1st, 2007. Hotel accommodations are available at $94.00 per
night. Please call the hotel to make room reservations at 847-605-1234.
Mention Harlan High School Reunion so you can get the special room rate. For
now, we have a block of 20 rooms. If we book up to 19 rooms, another 20 rooms
will be blocked for us. Please reserve now! A hospitality suite has been
reserved for us to use for after party’s following the Friday and Saturday night
functions. THERE WILL BE NO WALK-INS!!
The only thing
missing is your inclusion in these joyous plans. So as not to leave anyone out,
it is imperative that you give your support and cooperation by helping to locate
fellow classmates (who may not be on our current roster) and contacting any one
of us with newly found information. So your help is now needed in order for us
to meet and succeed this challenge.
As they occur, you will
be notified of updated information on the fundraising activities (in order to
maintain low costs) and planned events. Enclosed you will find a cover letter
and contract of our ad book campaign. If you would like to help with this
important endeavor, please use the attached forms for soliciting or buying an
